Refunds and Returns Policy


At TOPS CLOTHING LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a refund. Please review the following guidelines to understand our refund process:



Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

You have contacted us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item(s) or Product must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all tags and packaging intact.

The product is not excluded (see Section 1.2.2 for exclusions).

You have proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.



Non Eligible Products & Excursions

Non-Eligible Products: The following items are not eligible for return or refund listed as below:

Customized items

Damaged goods without submitting a video or photo evidence

Used product, strain or without tags

Excursions: Damaged before you receive goods (Require Evidence)



Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at customer@topsclothing.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) and verify that they meet our refund criteria, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.



Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage.



Returns

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than a refund, such as an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. The same eligibility conditions as outlined in Section 1.1 apply to returns.



Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer support team immediately, providing details and, if possible, photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
